An Architectural Masterpiece Below the Surface
The decision to build the winery underground was inspired by a desire to seamlessly integrate the facility into its surroundings while minimizing its environmental impact. By placing the structure beneath the fields, we have preserved the rolling landscape and maintained the picturesque charm of Alaró, ensuring that the natural environment remains undisturbed.

The underground location provides natural insulation, maintaining consistent temperatures and humidity levels crucial for the delicate processes of fermentation and aging. Above ground, the winery is nearly invisible, with the fields and vineyards blending seamlessly into the surrounding countryside.
