Our new winery, thoughtfully and meticulously designed by acclaimed local architect Rafael Vidal and world renowned wine expert Riccardo Cotarella, is a marvel of modern engineering and creativity, situated entirely beneath the ground and surrounding fields.
This innovative concept not only showcases our commitment to excellence but also highlights our dedication to preserving and respecting the natural beauty of Mallorca.

La llágrima denera
Hands and feet, as if dancing, tread the grapes producing black tears. An ancient ritual that, for centuries, has transformed physical labou and fruit into wine.
